Status of my credit card application

It has been more than one month I applied for yatra barclays credit card. It is surprising that I got call from your office as i am frequent traveler by air and depending on the commitment I applied for card. The person asked for the details and collected the necessary documents from me.

I was promised card within 20 to 30 days. But till now there is no reply from your side. I am surprised that organization of your repute is handling customers in such manner. In case if there is any difficulty in issuing the card please let me know, as i can approach the other banks who are ready to offer their services. In case i do not get reply by Tuesday that is 29th of July i will presume that my application was rejected and I can go ahead with other bank
