KSEB SMS BASED COMPLAINT REGISTRATION IS NOT WORKING.I LOST SMS CHARGE FOR MANY TIMES. The format is KSEB SEC.CODE CON.NO TO 537252. Sms charge Rs 2.00 Deducted from the account and i got replay is 'the service is not available. What i do?
