Regarding Billing

Resp sir,

I received your credit card last year. After 10-15 days you sent me a DD of RS 10000/- without my

request. Then i received 1 st bill of Rs 11000 (including diff. taxes). so i complained about DD & bill. Then they said sorry it was our mistake, you return DD & next bill you get will be 0. They never send me 0 bill, rather send me bill with late fees & taxes. whenever i used to complain on phone they always said next bill will be 0.Then i requested for cancle the card because I NEVER USED

(ACTIVATE) THE CARD. Even till today i have not activated the card. Then they stoped calling me

& did not send me bill for 4-5 months. But after that again they send me bill of some 4000, again i complained, your representative came to my house for 2-3 times, gave me Surekhas no. but she

never received my call. Today i went to settlement dept (Mr Amar singh) in pune office he asked me to give written complained. so please do the needfull because i even not activated the card.so please
