Efund of un-booked bus tickets from hyderabad to bangalore

Hi,

Subject: KSRTC: amount of INR 1289 .not refunded for un-booked ticket

I had booked tickets from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 3rd june' through KSRTC online portal.

Due to some reasons, the ticket was not booked, but, the amount was deducted from the account.

I sent an e-mail to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org on 3rd June & received a reply on 6th June stating that the issue will be looked into & the amount refunded.

Its 10th June today & neither any amount has been refunded nor any email communication.

Please help or let me know if anything can be done on this. Also, please let me know who is the right person/authority office to be contacted for this.
