The Rajahamsa which is subject to leave from Koramangala to Mangalore at 8 pm was not present in Koramangala Depot and when checked with Depot manager it was told that in spite of him informing the bus driver.conductor did not listen to him and asked me to go to majestic and after reaching majestic when checked with conductor he complaints on Koramangala Depot manager. Such situation occurring is horrible and there is no one who wants to take responsibility.

Please instruct the personnel accordingly and ensure such things does not happen in future.
