BUS not upto the standards

Dear ToWhomSoEver,

I had to travel from bellary to bangalore, so i booked three seats in Rajahamsa bus. The reason for this complaint is that BUS is not up to the standards

of the Word RajaHamsa (Kings Chariot). The bus was filled with rotten smell of an animal and the seats where not up to the standards. We had a misery of whole 7 hrs of journey from bellary to bangalore. As an responsible citizen we request that we need the service of whats being promised to BUS fare. Please consider this.
