Improper Ticketing

Hi,

Today we took KSRTC Bus from Banshankri to Central Mall i.e in J.p Nagar 9th block. The actual charge of the ticket was 4 rs each but the lady conductor took 10rs Each from us and after asking for explanation she said she heard st, john and it was our mistake and spoke to us very rudely and when we ask her to return our money, she refuses and used bad word, its not about the money but about the behavior, so kindly do something for it. the incident date is 28th feb and time was around 4.30pm and i have the tickets with me for the proof.
