Improper Service

Dear Sir,

There is improper service facility @ Gauribidanur. Dist chikkabalapur.

When I went to get my pass renewal, there was one attadant who saw the pass issuing book & could not undertand the same & ask me to come after noon. I had taken permission from the company for this purpose & i cant come back again was my explaination.

These people are acting as though we are begging monthly bus pass from them

Kindly look into my Problem
