The bus dint pick up even with reservation

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring u notice that the following billet.

I had booked a ticket (ticket no 19334302) for 1 (seat no 26) from Kankanadi (Mangalore) to Bangalore for 9 January time 20 :36 in KSRTC RAJAHAMSA BUS.The bus left me at the pick up point inspite of showing hand and shouting, because of this i had to travel in pvt bus which in ghat section met with an accident, so i reached late to b'lore and was late to the office. This is very irresponsible behaviour from the KSRTC staff. When there is a reservation it means the passenger is bound to board the bus.

I request the concerned to punish the staff and get my ticket refunded asap. and teach the staff to pick up the passengers at the mentioned POINT on the reservation ticket.
