This is to bring into your kind notice that Airtel Bharti is one of the best servcie proveiders in the market as we have applied for a CUG (Closed User Group) Service for which they are being paid and till now this service has not been activated.

We are frequently calling the concern person Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (Executive Airtel Store- Mob. 9810052802) but is neither responding us nor solving oru issue from his end, also his Manager Mr. Narendra Kumar is also not ready to take any initiative rearding this matter.

Store executives direct us to call 121 (customer care) and customer care exectievs suggest us to visit store no one of them is ready to solve the issue. Moreover there should be an RM because we are using corporate numbers, there are morethan 15 numbers in our group.

Please look in to the matter and get our matter soleved as we are facing a lot of difficulty to run our business.
