Very poor carelessness in service at vriddhachalam branch

1we are regularly booking covers from vriddhachalam to mettupalayam branch, to ITC Ltd, mettupalayam branch is giving good delivery to ITC but in vriddhachalam office no body is trere to book the covers,

2.noe cover booked at mettupalayamon 19-05-08 and the same is reached to vdm 0n 21-05-08, this cover was opened by dtdc corier boy

and given to some of our competiter for getting bribe money

3 we noticed the matter and asked vriddhachalam branch no proper answer.

4 they never delivered cover in time

all covers laying in their office but no body was thereto answer

this type of courier operation is spoiling many companies business please take necessary action for better performance at vriddhachalam
