Delay in Refunding Advance Money

I have made a booking for a Tata Sumo Grande, and made an advance of Rs.5000 at the Kulathunkal Motors in Kollam. It was told that on cancellation full amount would be refunded in 7 days. On negotiating the terms of finance, there was a big difference between the rate of Interest and EMI agreed by the Showroom Executive / Manager, when the Loan was sanctioned the EMI had a difference of 500 rs. per month. On that disagreement we asked for cancellation of the Booking and was told that we would get back the money in 7 days.

Its almost two months and there is no action taken by the showroom Manager to return us back the Money. Now He says that we have to goto Trivandrum and request for a cash as their Head Office was located at Trivandrum. When we contacted Trivandrum Office they say that our contact should only be with the Branch where we have made the payment.
