I am terribly disappointed with the service provided by the Tata Dealer in Trivandrum, Kulathunkal Motors. It has been happening for a while now but the last instance takes the cake. I had some problems in the vehicle and it was switiching off after driving around for sometime. My driver took the vehicle to the service centre and they informed that the problem was with the cup and it would take a couple of days. I told my driver to bring the car back as I thought it better to give it for service a week later. As he was driving back, he found that the volume control knob in the music system had developed a problem - the spring was probably gone and therefore was not able to increase / decrease the volume. My driver took the vehicle back to the service centre but was subjected to a verbal exchange by the engineer who went on to tell him that he was doing it on purpose. He also told my driver that he did not care if we did not take the vehicle for servicing in the future.
Never expected this from a Tata dealer. Anyway, I am done with Kulathunkal Motors. Am going to focuz motors for service - let us see how they are.
