Non delivery of cylinde

I have to launch a complaint against Kumar Gas Agency, Cama lane, Ghatkopar (West).

Every time I book the cylinder I don't get even after 100 calls to them.

This time I booked the cylinder on 21st Feb and even after a month I have not got it. I gave a call to them that both my cylinders are finished, please send the cylinder urgently but the answer was, you will get it after 8 days.

I don't understand, we must get the delivery of the cylinder within 8 days of booking then why don't we get it even after months. Why no action is taken against them after so many same complaints as mine are on consumer complaints.

Please take a action against this agency urgently as the consumers are really fed up...
