First time in my life ever I'm putting a complaint in writing against something. The story is encircling the first free service offered on kitchen chimney (on 10/07).

1) After the service the technician (not quite experienced) somehow introduced a minor crack in the appliance. There were some more issues with him but ignoring all that I'm coming to main story - we bought a Amway Zoom thru them only but while asking on a receipt he said he doesn't have any. Then while talking on this with the concerned department of the showroom (who sent the technician) they also pressed on "NO".

2) Now, crossing all limits was the interaction with one of the customer service lady (did not disclose her name inspite of asking). She called up my home#(I was in office) and while conversing with my wife she said something like this to her - "Why are you asking for receipts? Why are you not understanding this simple thing - are you LITERATE ENOUGH??? ". Now how dare she question on this - not sure if I was demanding something unreasonable which is absolutely legal. Also she said that they will not offer anymore free service for this which we apprehend they can do atmost.
