Non receipt of goods regarding

Dear sir,

A consignment of medicines for urgent delivery was booked from CHANDIGARGH TO NAGERCOIL wide docket no 154380316 on 6th, but till date 12 th the parcell was not delivered. On tracing thru online it seems the parcell reached 9th at CHENNAI. Even after 3 days the parcell was not delivered to us. As it is medicine for urgent use, moreover the fate of the parcell could not traced due to non updation of the docket in the net. hope you will take necessary step to deliver it.
