DELAY IN PARTS & VEHICLE DELIVERY

Dear Sir,

I met with an accident on 01.01.2010 & my vehicle was totally damaged from front side & vehicle was transferred to service centre on 02.01.2010 @ KVR Hero Honda Kollengode dealer. Till now my bike is not ready to be delivered due to delay in spare parts ie T-STEM which is bent, Its already one month. When inquired I came to know that they are not able to get parts from their main dealership ie Gayathri Motors, Chandranagar Palakkad even after sending order. I dont know y such things happening at such a dealership which provokes me to wait for more than one month.(Due to delay in Parts & delayed delivery) Im very much dissatisfied with such a kind of service which im not expecting this from you. So i would like to inform you that I need the vehicle to be delivered at the earliest & expecting a call from your side. Please dont insist me to complaint further...

Please advice them to take the corrective measures at the earliest and please inform me accordingly. Expecting a call soon
