Unexpected billing amount

Here i ahd purchase a lap top on dated 18 sep 08. of Rs 36, 000 and i have made oy EMI from Hsbc bank for 1 year and after talking to me they had not given my date as per my date payment will give at 18 of every month but after this they have not send any state ment to me and already i had paid till date all my ENI (Rs30200/ per month) total amount i had paid is Rs 38, 400. and now these ideot are asking me 29, 000/ against me

i dont know what the hell they want to me..

my cradit card no/acount no..is 4384599990478504 from Hsbc bank

pls help me out...
