But I havent any overdue of Rs 43, 374 on 19/02.

I was unable to get another loan because of credit card reports in CIBIL database which showed problems in the year 2006.

As reported to me by HDFC the above are overdue on my name. But I have paid Rs. 15, 000/- by cash on 25/08/08 under ref. no. S0268830 & receipt N0. 3377924. HDFC given a letter to us mentioning as a settlement. But according to us we have not reced any bill & statement from HDFC around 6-8 months, thereafter, HDFC representative called us for the pending pay of 42, 374/- (which we have not spent anywhere) after discussed they told us to pay the actual amount Rs. 15000/- (which we have actually spent) and have settled my total due amount in one single payment to them and I am having all the supporting documents for this settlement (settlement letter from bank and the receipt). Even though now in 2008 last and now in my name is in CIBIL's blacklist as my status mentioned as "Written Off " which is directly affecting my future and carrer as well as my goodwill in the society, this will also affect me from future loans. At present my financial status sounds good but because of this CIBIL report I am not able to avail any loan like car loan, housing loan and even credit cards. I don't know whether this CIBIL is an approved organization or not, and even don't know what this is. Kindly help to to resolve my issue and help to re-built my goodwill.
