Delayed delivery

It is extremely difficult to deal with Trackon couriers. We get consignment from Mumbay. It lands in Bangalore and the parcel is driected to their delivery office at BVK Iyengara Road, which is the worst delivery office. They keep the parcel at their office for days. When we enquire they say the consignment is lying at their office and they have no delivery boys to deliver.

This is not the first time it is happening. This is probably the 10th time. This time also Air Parcel Number 128465462 of 26th March has arrived at Chamrajpet at 12:14 on 28th March and has been despatched to BVK Iyengar Road and it is lying there since then. They say they don't have boys to deliver the consignment. Then why should they bokk the consignment through Trackon couriers? It is high time the manager/partners look into the matter.

We have requested all our suppliers not to despatch through Trackon couriers.
