Parcel sleeping at your delivery office

Dear Sir

We wish to inform you that a parcel booked from Mumbai vide receipt No: 160132523 of 9th November has arrived in Bangalore and has been sent to your office at B.V.K. Iyengar Road, Bangalore 560 053 which is hardly 10 minutes by walk from our office.

It invariably happens that the parcel sleeps over at that office for atleat a week, unless we go on phoning them. Every time they say they don't have a person to deliver the same.

Kindly let us know why such people are put into delivery office. Our consignment is lying there since 3 or 4 days at your office. This is not the FIRST time it is happening. It happens eerytime.

We have instructed all our auppliers not to send through Trackon, and at times some persons do send it through your courier. Just because of one delivery office attitude, your organization gets a bad name.

We work from 9 AM right through to 7 PM, without any break and we do not close in between. This is the faulty reason he will give it to you.
