Recieving of Cheques

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Arabinda Pani, working as Sr Software Test Engineer at LabVantage Solutions Pvt Ltd, Kolkata. I applied for loan in ICICI bank. The bank manager told me that they had sent me cheques through Blue-Dart Courier from 10th Jan. As it is local deliver and I'm living in that place, where every type of communication is available;I'm astonished about the non-deliver still now (around 56 hours). Plz co-operate me and be needful to me.
