Burn in dry cleaning

This is Sunil from hyderabad. I have given my wife's suit for dry cleaning and while returning they burn it which we came to know after fews days. Even they didn't tell us that they burn it. After that we went to their shop and show them that they burn it. They burn the lower part of suit and they suggested to find a cloth for that and replace that and we agree on this. Its and expensive suit. They bought one cheap cloth with no matching with our suit. We said no to them. Than they again ask me for some time to search the same cloth. Its been 15 days but no answer from them. Can you please help me that what are my options here? I have seen one more lady have the same complaint against them once I visited their shop. I want to teach them lesson. If it is a US I can sue them for it. But I don't know what should I do in India.
