Rickshaw walas deny for shorter route

Dear Sir,

This is quite small problem but hits a lot, when u want to reach on job ontime.

Rickshaw wallas at Kanjurmarg (w) station, at rickshaw stand near Huma Mall, denies to come for Hiranandani Powai. May be its due to heavy traffic on IIT road or low fare generation (apprx. Rs. 23). The case is similar, when you want to come from Hiranandani Powai to Kanjurmarg.

I believe, there will be some regulatory body, which can teach lesson to this irresponsible auto-drivers.

Seeking help in the matter.
