Dear Sir,

Sub. Non receipt of EPF settlement- Lakhanpal Pvt Ltd

Ref. :- MH/4316/1532

I was working in Delhi from 1995 to 2004 (9 years) in M/s Lakhanpal Pvt Ltd I have resigned in the year 2004 Feb, and submitted the forms for the EPF settlement since then i have not received any information from your end or my previous employers about the status of the claim.

On Jan'2009 i have recived a letter from your end no. MH/4316/pf/ACCTS/88/1297/268 dt 29.12.2008 referred to our ex-employer mentiong to submit original F/10-c alongwith F/4, 5 & f17 for 1995-96 & 02103 & 03104 copy to me.

I was told by my employer to send a fresh form 10-c, even i have submitted the same but till date i have not recd any update on the same nor settlement of claim.

It has been more than 7 years i have been following but i have not got the settlement i don't what is the reason.
