Poor quality

Hi

This is in reference to the products which I buy from Lakme. I am very brand loyal to Lakme, since it is the product I am using past 10 years. I am just 27 and I have started to get skin infection due to Lakme products. Lakme lipstick s****. The lipstick itself dries within 5 hours. Everyday i have to rub the lipstick first on my hand, to make it wet and apply.

I do not say that it is a bad product. However, as time had passed and after establishing your company as the best brand in Indian market, you have stopped bothering about quality. Before marketing your products, please understand what kind of quality base are been used and whether this product is going to suit for all skin types. Please concentrate on the product, rather than creating new channels of advertising such low quality products

I have now switched to Maybelline, which is an amazing product and also recommending the same to all my friends. And it also seems you are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I never seen any replies sent to Consumer complaints. And please let me know who is the right person to be contacted on this respect.
