Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that, I, Natasha Kohli took combined pre-bridal and bridal package, costing worth rs 7600 from Lakme Saloon branch in phase-7, Mohali, recently. I took prebridal part of package, {costing rs 3600}2 days back from there. But to my utter dismay that service didn’t turned out to be up to the mark. I’m highly unsatisfied and the level of services provided to me were far below my expectations. It lacked the professional touch, for which the LAKME brand is appreciated among the clientele.

I escalated my concerns to the co-ordinator of mohali branch but nothing fruitful was suggested/worked out by them. However now I’m not willing to opt for their bridal package {costing rs 4000 } .I just want refund of this rs 4000 as soon as possible from your side.

I have faced a lot of harassment and now I do not wish to go for your services. I want immediate action on my highlighted concern, otherwise i would not be reluctant to approach consumer-court for my claim. Hope you take this matter seriously and on priority basis and do the needful urgently.
