Lakshmi airways couriers
Courier not delivered to destination & no such response

A courier for Bangalore was despatched by me on 04/08 through Lakshmi airways Couriers, 4 Ansari Marg Dehradun. The courier was a Rakhi Gift (containing some wearing clothes of approx Rs3000/-) and it was not delivered to desired address. On contacting the Courier Company at Ansari Marg dehradun, I was not satisfied with their services as they were not responding to my complaint well. I have made more than 20 phone calls to courier co. & 5-6 personal visit to nearest office to get the status of my parcel, but till now i don't have any option that where the parcel is? Kindly arrange to settle my complaint at the earliest.
