NOT WORKING SINCE 15/11/09

The above mentioned telephone is not working since 15/11 . On 16/11 I complained through automatic complaint registering system and I have received a number T- 140 and this number was repeated upto 22/11 and on 23/11 I received another complaint number T- 437 and this number was repeated upto 27/11 and again on 28/11.I received another number T- 587. I wonder how it is possible to change the complaint number without rectifying the mistake? The telephone is still not working. Kindly make arrangement to rectify the complaint at your earliest. Would you make me understand how this happaned? We are getting the poorest service from this exchange. Your early action in this matter is highly appreciated
