I also booked 3 plots measuring 100 Sq Yards each offerred by this company in Dehradun and Mumbai & later on opted for refund as this company turns out to be a Fraud. Till date there is no refund paid to me.

Can some one guide me to include my name too in the list of persons who are to get refund from this company through court.(If it happens).
