Worst Customer service by Lakshmi Vilas Bank Krishnagiri branch

I am an account holder of Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd for more than 25 years at their Krishnagiri branch (Tamil Nadu). The customer service rendered by them is at its worst.

A dividend meant for me has been collected by the bank on behalf of some one. They are not in a position to verify statment of accounts of mine, for whom the warrant has been collected particulars. They are stating that it is not possible for them to view old records in their computers. More than a month I am approaching the branch, I am not getting any response from the officers or staff of the branch.

I have received a confirmation from the paying banker HDFC stating to which account the amount has been credited and date on which the cheque has been realised. Even with this communication the Lakshmi Vilas Bank is unable to gather particulars from their computer systems.

Computerisation in the bank is at its worst. Core banking branches are not able to serve their customers for atleast one to two days every month, quarter, year ends.
