Delay in supply of gas cylinder and rude behaviou

I have booked gas cylinder on 23rd of April with the assurrance that the supply will be done with 3 days. My consumer number is 22721 . More than 8 days have passed and the supply is yet to be made. Moreover the shop is closed since last 5 days. According to people of the nearby shops the godawon of the Lakshya gas agency is broken down and there is no information of the owner of the ageny. Nither any phone calls are attended nor any notice/ reaseon are diplays to satisty the customer as to how long it will take for th situation to normalise. I happen to talk to the number provided by one gas vendor but the response was very rude which cannot be described in letters.
