Cheating the Investors

I have invested a sum of Rs.20000/- towards the end of June'09 on this company.
As they gave attractive promises like the earnings gets doubled every month starting @ Rs.300/- from the 1st month and other similar false commitments, I was being cheated by this company.
Only once, I got a credit of Rs.230/- and that too by October it seems.
I would now prefers to get these cheaters in front of justice forum so as to ensure no further such things happen to anyone.
