Frod in australia p.r case

I met to mr.lalit seervi, resident of 907/7 panchkula, in oct for the p.r case of australia.he told me that it will take only 9 months.i gave him 60000rs check at that time.in feb austalian immi dept.send my skill assment.then lalit demanded 90000rs for fruther action.i paid him this amount by check.after some time he demanded 30000rs.igave him this amount by check.then i assked him for agriment form, he demanded 100000rs cash.i gave him that money.he me a agriment copy which is made by him and according to him.this agriment is fullfill his all conviniant.acording to this agriment, no time limit.and all the dispute are under chandigarh court.he blackmailed me that signed on this agriment other wise i will spoil youer case.and donot gave youer money back.because of his presure i signed on this agriment form.another side he took 150000rs for got my ielts test cleared in second attempt with 7band.but he didnot do any thing for this.i got only 5.5band.dear sir he is totlty frod.he changed his ferm name and address after 1 or two years.firstly he make m/s VOICE GROUP VENTURE COM., SCO-907, FIRST FLOOR, NAC, MANIMAJRA {CHD}.then he change his firm name to m/s KAMYA INTERNATIONAL SERVICES, ADD-SAME AS ABOVE.now i heard that he has shiffted his office at mohali.he is allways shiffted his home also.his privious house no.was 669/6, panchkula.he is too frod.he spoiled my three years.i gave him my all money.i took 200000rs from my reletives.now i am not able to pay money to any lawyer and to go chd court.he is now not picking my phone.please do some thing about this.his m.no.is 09988772739.my m.no. is 09466884000
