I understand that you had announced reduction in Home Loan interest by 1/2% for 24/04/09

But this reduction has been implemented by you for 1/7/09, Secondly you have asked to

deposit EMI of Rs:-6535/- even in July 09 While it should be deposited by reducing inerest rate.

This all is unfair dealing from your end. Kindly let us know the balance instalment due after

deposited July 09 instalment, I have not Yet received final certificate of EMI deposited by me.

During financial year 08-09 for Income Tax Purpose despite of reminding your

Customer care center number of time.
