Two credits cards are reflecting in my CIBIL

Dear Sir,

In my CIBIL account no. 375830401, two extra credits cards which dont belongs to me are reflecting

1. 13th September having maximum limit of Rs. 1682 and outstanding Rs. 300 and

2. Sept having maximum limit of Rs. 1116 and outstanding Rs. 49.

I claim that these cards are not mine.

request you to please send me the details of it and remove it from my CIBIL account.
