Respected Sir/ Madam

I purchased 200sqyds of land at aligarh (up), which cost RS 3, 50, 000 in total. When we started construction on the said land 2 other parties appear claiming for the same land. Afterwards we come to know that this peace of land was sold to 3 persons including me. Our construction work was stopped and since then we are trying to settle this matter. Firstly the seller agreed to return back RS 3, 50, 000. But 5 months ahve passed and till now we received only RS 1, 50, 000 from the seller. Now he is not willing to return back our remaining amount. As we spent around RS 5, 00000 (including some construction work) so its a big loss for us. Please help us in solving this case.
