Telephone complaint

Dear Sir,

My Residence telephone number 0120-2612739 was not working for the last 4 months, After a repeated reminder nobody turned up till date, Last time I have personally visited the Shadara East telephone Exchange & registred the complaint again. They told your rent will be reducing and you will not get any bill with call charges, But i received the bill today & they charged the same rent and call charges for 57 calls, how it is possible bcos my phone was not working for the last 4 months., Now I have decided to disconet the telephone and the department will arrange to return my security deposit immeidately, No other option hae been left in this time and suggesting that nobody will take BSNL Connection form Ghaziabad.
