No reposone complain

Dear Sir,

I have Landline & Broadband Connection through 0265 - 2514816 since last one and half month we could not get continues connection of internet for the same. I had complain frequently but I could not get any proper answer. In day we are trying more then 40 time but nobody is ready to attained our telephone (Panigate Exchange, Vadodara). In a private section their max. time limit is not more than 16 hrs. within this time they have to solve this problem otherwise they are suppose to increase our internet hrs. accordingly.

Kindly look in this matter and solve this at early hrs.
