Extra bill on 2772710

Almost every month from last 4-5 month, incorrect bill is received with unrealistic debit amount.

I have got broad band service on this land line with 250/= plan means with usual debit of Rs. 310/=but some time this figure is 1600, some time it is 904 when opted for rental and last4-5 payment of bill made in cash.

This time bill no. T040720094286227 of Rs.1328/= is also reflects debit of Rs. 904 which is incorrect. No official listen /reply this thing. As usual I am told to go shahadra office which is not possible for a person to take leave and go for such complain/rectification in the bill but to deposit extra bill of around 600/= as I did in past.

Kindly correct my this/previous bill and adjust extra amount deposited in next bills.

I can not afford to deposit extra bill every time.
