Landline very noise

Dear sir, my Telephone No. 04147-235459. the Telephone line is very noise i am not able to speak or listen from other side. here in Tindivanam we have complaint about this but they are not taking correct action. even some time the phone get dead by itself and working. please take necessary action to fix this problem.
