PROVIDING OF ISD/STD FACILITY

Had shifted to H33/3 Shankar Vihar on 10 June 09 from Dwarka, Phone was shifted promptly but the broad band took over 2 weeks to get activated. STD/ISD facility not available till date. Have been requesting the concerned staff but to no joy, I am told a code is required but unfortunately the same has not been provided till date. My present no is 26144274. Yes I have promptly been provided with the bills for shifting and the monthly bill. Hope prompt action would be taken.
