Phone No.0120-2892094 not working since five months

My Phone No.0120-2892094 is lying 'dead' since last five months. I have booked a number of complaints thropugh your automated system. the most surprising thing is the complaint docket No. is, every time, cleared without rectifying the fault.

I have also requested several times in the GM office at Ghaziabad but to avail. The phone is still (it is October 3. toady) lying dead. Please set it right.

Bills for rental charges are, regularly, being sent to me without any service being provided. Kindly cancel it.

I want a broadband connection over this phone. If the phone is not set in working order. I will definitely have to some other service provider.
