Sir,

The above telephoen is silent, for more than ten days. Repeated compaints to the authoirity, is not made any change in the situation. Every time we cry in front of the authority, we get some silly excuses and nobody take any action in this respect.

As am out side India, this is the only communication instrument, in my home to convey messages. As my wife and son is alone in home, it is very much important, for communication with otheres.

Hope you will look in to the matter and advise your concerned dept. to do do the needfull.
