Sir,

I applied for a new telephone connection at my residence at Balwant singh Ka bagh, Mahvir Chock Opp. SE office (UPPCL) Muzaffarnagar.

My telephone was installed after some time on 31.08.09 and the same is not in working condition. It appears the line is earth and there is continuous disturbance in the hearing since installation.

I want Broad band connection but due to above disturbance; I did not apply because after so many complaints the disturbance can not be removed.

Please look into the matter otherwise I did not want the telephone connection due to poor service of the department.

Please look into the matter immediately.
