3) Phone A/c Number: 14719988

4) Multiple Unlimited Free Download 649 Plan

To activate this connection we made advance payment of Rs. 650 on 27-3.

As per plan this amount has be adjusted in our First Bill.

Out Standing as per Bill: Nil

Error in Bill: Advance payment of Rs 650 not adjusted

Payment Made: Rs 814 (After Deduction of Advance Payment Rs 650)

Note:

We discussed the matter with Airtel executive Mr. Amit Kumar Dubey @ 9910303395.

He suggest us to make Payment Rs. 814 (After deduction of Advance payment ie Rs 650)

Second Bill Generate Date : 25-May

Bill Period : 23-April To 22-May

Bill Amount: Rs 985

Out Standing as per Bill: Rs1464

Error in Bill: Last Month Bill Not adjusted

Payment Made: Rs 985 (Actual Bill)

Third Bill Generate Date : 25-Jun

Bill Period : 23-May To 22-Jun

Bill Amount: Rs 957

Out Standing as per Bill: Rs 650

Error in Bill :

This time last month payment adjusted but Advance payment of Rs. 650 again not yet adjusted.

Payment Made: NIL

Due to regular error in Bills my family in Delhi suffering a lot.

Also be noted that from the day one Air-Tel Server is constantly down.

This is not the end, while making Tele complaints, Airtel executives behaved badly with My Family in seek of outstanding Bills.

Lastly instead of rectifying the problems Air-Tel disconnect our Outgoing/Incoming/ & Internet on 24-Jun.

For my point of view this is very serious matter, not because of money just because my family is suffering.

Above Mail I also forward to 'care.ncr@airtel.in' on 27-Jul, 28-Jul, 29-Jul.

But till date no action has been taken from there side.

Finally I forward my complaint here.
