Bad respose and service from BSNL co (Naroda Branch-Ahmedabad-Gujarat)

I have register phone with amount of 2050 at BSNL office Naroda-Ahemdabad-Gujarat. on 2/07. but it is surprise that no any officer and line men interested to do work on it. today is 22/07 till now i am waiting for phone. some day before on 14/07 line man said that i will come to your office and you must be at home so i make leave for that but what happen only phone instrument give me on hand and said that connection will be done by my service partner.

but till now they are not interested to do.

few days ago in newspaper there is advertisement that BSNL will provide connection in 24 hours

but anyone tell them it is impossible for their service.
