Our Landline phone of No.(033) 24829525 is completely dead for almost an week. We have tried to lodge complaints at your provided numbers for lodging complaints but they are not providing us with the Docket No. Moreover, the bill for this month has not yet been received by us although the last payment date being 31.12.2008. I had to download the bill from internet.
