Non working of phone

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that my landline phone is again not working. There is some problem through exchange due to which my number does not work after every 15 days or so.

Problem is that I am able to do outgoing calls, but when somebody calls i am not able to trace the call, as phone does not ring. Person who calls is not able to listen the ring going, because phone does not ring.

I am facing lots of problem due to this, due to which I have to make complaints frequently and then phone will be in working condition after 3 - 4 days.

I would request you to see into this matter and kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.
