Migration not at implemented into prepaid

I have made several requests on *333 for canciliation of the phone. Against their several requests repeated I accepted to migrate into the prepaid from postpaid to have lifelong incomming facility against payment of rs.700/. For migration have paid Rs.329/- and paid rs.240/- towards outstanding current monthly rent. The mobile relience Vidyanagar, Hyderabad has informed that this shall be confirmed by the officials within 3 days. There was no communication from last six days from then. The mobile relience vidyanagar people also not accepting to receive rs.700/ for life time as they have not received any communication on online. if time expires of 7 days, your people ask us to pay extra. The response is very bad not to suffer the customer.
